- 140 grams pitted dates
- 180 grams pecans
- pinch himalayan pink salt
- 100 grams Coconut
Filling
- 80 grams Cacao
- 150 grams pecans
- 100 grams water
- 90 grams honey
- 70 grams coconut oil
- pinch himalayan pink salt
Recipe's preparation
Combine all ingredients and process for 30 seconds on speed 7.
Pat into a round cake tin (or slice tin) lined with baking paper.
Combine all filling ingredients and process for 20 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down and repeat until you reach your desired smooth consistency.
Pour on top of crust and decorate with whole pecans (if desired). Place into freezer until ready to demolish!
