  • 360 grams Nuts of your choice, I used almonds and hazelnuts
  • 5 medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla ess
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 150 grams lime juice
  • 140 grams honey
  • 60 grams coconut cream
  • 190 grams Avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla ess
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp lecithin
  • 110 grams coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

    BASE
  1. Place nuts, dates, vanilla and salt into TM bowl blend for 16 seconds speed 9. Press into lined springform tin and refrigerate till filling made.

  2. FILLING
  3. Put lime juice, honey, coconut cream, avocado, vanilla, salt, lecithin (optional) and coconut oil into TM blend for 30 seconds speed 8 if needed scape down sides and blend for a few more seconds till smooth.

    Pour onto base refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Tip

Freezes really well I cut pie into slices prior to freezing then you can get single portions out 1 at a time.

 

Nice with some Cacao crunch on top.
