Rice Bubble & Marshmellow Slice

Ingredients

16 piece(s)

Slice

  • 200 g Marshmellows
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 g rice bubbles

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt butter, marshmellows and honey in TM Bowl 7mins/100degrees/Speed2.

    Add Rice Bubbles to the TM Bowl and mix 40 Secs/Counter-clockwise operationSpeed 3.

    Pour into a slice container and smoosh flat with TM Spatula.

    Refidgerate until set.

    Great recipe.I added some sprinkles at the same time as Rice Bubbles. Then also put some extra on top after pressing into the tin. I found also used spatula to help stir in while Thermi was mixing Rice Bubble mixture

    Modified slightly - used mixed pink and white marshmallows and an extra 50g of rice bubbles. Also had a chocolate top layer from choc melts.

  • So simple that my 3yr old can

    So simple that my 3yr old can make it (well almost)!  tmrc_emoticons.;) 

    I find it helps to blitz up the marshmallows as i put them in. Have added seeds and nuts to it on hubby's request. Can be a bit sticky, but I think perhaps extra 50g of rice bubbles could possibly solve this.
