  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 cloves
  • 300 grams blood orange, skin and pith removed
  • 1 eggwhite

Recipe's preparation

    Sorbet
  1. Mill sugar and spices, 20 sec speed 10

     

  2. Add Oranges and eggwhite, mix 6 seconds speed 5

     

  3. Weigh in ice. Crush for 1 minute 30 sec, using the spatula to assist mixing. 

  4. Serve.

    Yum!! I used 500g of blood oranges instead of 300g and it was beautiful.
