  • 180 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white only
  • 210 grams whipping cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place strawberries in bowl and beat for 1-2 seconds  to break up fruit a little.

  2. Place butterfly in bowl and add sugar, lemon juice and egg white. Beat speed 4 for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

  3. Clean bowl and whip cream with butterfly on 4 for  20-30 seconds or until desired thickness achieved.  Fold into strawberry mix and place in freezer until set.
