  • 3 Frozen Bananas, (pieces)
  • 3 Prunes, (soaked are best)
  • 3 tbsp Raw cocao powder
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves

Recipe's preparation

    Sugar free Choc Mint Icecream
  1. After school snack?

  2. Blitz all ingredients on speed 7 for 10 seconds

  3. Serve as is, sprinkle with LSA, or pop into popsicle moulds & freeze tmrc_emoticons.)

    Awesome. Very smooth, great texture. Whole family loved it. I assumed a handful of mint was 10 leaves. The recipe made 4 large/8 small scoops of icecream. 135cal per serve (assuming 4 servings of 1 large scoop icecream). Serve immediately. Will certainly make again.
