Recipe's preparation

    Method

  1. Add biscuits to the Closed lid"Closed lid" . Blitz 5 seconds speed 5, scrape down.

    Add coconut, cocoa and condenced milk to the Closed lid"Closed lid" . Mix 20 seconds Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.

    Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Chill for 30 minutes

Tip

Use wet hands to roll into balls, thats way the mixture won't stick.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
