      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Fudge
  1. 1. Line an 18cm x 18cm tray with baking paper.
    2. Chop Turkish Delight bars by hand into 1/2 cm chunks.
    3. Add chocolate melts to Closed lid, chop for 10 seconds on Speed 8. Melt for 5 mins at 50 degrees on Speed 3.
    4. Add Condensed Milk. Mix for 1 minute at 50 degrees on Speed 4, or until well mixed.
    5. Add Turkish Delight pieces and mix for 10 seconds on Counter-clockwise operation Speed 3, or until mixed through.
    6. Spoon the fudge into the prepared tray and spread evenly.
    7. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and cut into small squares when set. Enjoy tmrc_emoticons.)

Tip

Cherry Ripe, Peppermint Crisp and other chocolate bars can be substituted. They are all yummy.
