- 200 g medjool dates, pitted
- 200 g Raw almonds (skin on)
- 100 g Dried Blueberries/Cranberries
- 20 g Maple syrup
- 10 g Vanilla Bean Paste
- 20 g coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Place all the ingredients in mixing bowl and chop 40 sec/speed8.
Take 1 tbsp of mixture and form into a ball. Repeat until mixture is finished.
Keep in the fridge inside an airtight container.
To save time, press into a lined slice tin and cut into fingers.
