Ingredients

VEGAN SALTED CARAMEL FUDGE

  • 200 grams Moser Roth Dark Minted Chocolate from Aldi
  • 1 cans Sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 120 grams Nuttelex Buttery
  • 75 grams golden syrup
  • 50 grams Maple syrup
  • 2 level teaspoons Combined Rock salt and granules, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. METHOD
    Place chocolate {broken into a few pieces} into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds speed 9 and set aside.


    Place the rest of the ingredients except the salt into TM bowl and cook for 8 minutes 100C speed 3 with Measuring Cup OFF.

    Scrape the sides and bottom of TM bowl with spatula.

    Cook for 20 minutes Varoma speed 3 with Measuring Cup OFF.

    Add back the chocolate and salt. Mix 10 seconds speed 3-4 to combine. Check chocolate has melted. If you need to, mix again for another 10 seconds.


    ♥Line a 15×25 tin with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin and leave to cool, and then refrigerate until set. Cut into small squares. Enjoy
