Vegan Chocolate Ice-cream



1 litre(s)

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 100 g Brown Rice Syrup
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tbsp vodka
  • 25 g cacao powder, Or more to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except vodka to the bowl. Heat 4mins/60degrees/speed 3

  2. Add vodka to mixture, blend 3sec/speed 4. Poor mixture into a freezable container, and freeze overnight.

  3. In the morning, cut ice-cream into cubes, add to bowl and blend 10sec/speed 9 or until smooth.

  4. Rinse out and dry your ice-cream container. Pour in mixture, and refreeze. When ready, serve with your favourite toppings.


Accessories you need



Substitutions - can use coconute cream, honey or cornflower if needed.

  • I had to use up some coconut

    I had to use up some coconut milk so gve this a try.  It's fantastic. Creamy and chocolatey - and im not a vegan or even a vegetarian!  Will be making this one again.
