Vegan Fruit Juice Jelly

Vegan Fruit Juice Jelly

  • 800 g Fruit Juice (your choice), eg. apple&mango, apple
  • 2 teaspoons agar agar powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place fruit juice, sweetener and agar into Closed lid

    Cook for 6 minutes, 90ºC, Speed 3.


  2. Pour directly from Closed lid into individual glasses or jelly moulds.


  3. Add your choice of diced fruit eg. mango, strawberries, stewed peaches (avoid highly acidic fruits).



  4. Place in refrigerator to set for approx. 4 hours (overnight if possible).


  5. Serve with whipped topping, fresh fruit and mint to garnish.

You can set one layer of fruit juice jelly and then pour another different layer on top for variety and creativity.
