  • 100 g macadamia nuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add macadamia nuts to bowl. Set dial to Closed lid and pulse 3 times. Set aside.

     

  2. Add sugar and cornflour, mill 10 sec/speed 9. Add white chocolate pieces, set to Closed lid and pulse1-2 times to break the chocolate up slightly.

  3. Add coconut milk and eggs and cook 9min/90 degrees/speed 4.

     

  4. Serve with crumbled macadamia nuts.

Tip

The sugar can be completely omitted  if you prefer due to the chocolate being added.

    The combination of the flavours was very nice. I added half the nuts in the begining and the rest in the last minute.

    I made this tonight as I have heaps of white chocolate! It was really good tmrc_emoticons.) I added the macadamia before the cooking process started therefore the custard had a chunky texture but my husband went back for seconds so it must have been alright tmrc_emoticons.)
