If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add sugar to bowl, 10 secs spd 10 MC on.
Add apricots and cherries, 5 secs spd 5 MC on.
Add sultanas, milk powder, coconut and rice bubbles, 1 min spd 3 "Counter-clockwise operation" MC on.
Set aside in a large bowl.
Place copha in bowl, 4 mins 90C spd 3 MC on.
Pour over the mix, and combine well with your spatula.
Spread in a baking tray lined with baking paper, or set in silicone moulds.
Place in the fridge for a few hours to set.
