Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Thanks Amy!
I have been reading books about longevity and maintaining health and mental cognition as we age and I have been looking to do something systematic to improve my diet. You've solved that problem for me!
I think by taking your tip and mixing the blend with a bit of water when I drink it, I can drink something like a cup a day of your health elixir for maybe a week... then make up the next batch!
Note to myself: put the ice, the celery, the apple and the watermelon into the Thermomix first next time and the leaves at the top.
Thank you again, Amy!
