      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).   1. Put all the ingredients into the TMX bowl.
    1min, sp5 and increase speed up to 10 to blend.

Tip

Optional: 1 tsp matcha powder (green tea powder)
Optional: ¼ cup chocolate, vanilla or plain whey protein or plant based protein powder (I use Arbonne pea protein) or collagen powder.
