Recipe's preparation

  1.  Put oats and nuts into the TM.

    Mix 5 secs speed 8.

  2.  Add bananas, milk, honey and yoghurt.

    Blend 15 secs speed 7.

  3.  Final blast 20secs speed 8.

    Great recipe, very quick & simple. I leave the nuts out, but love the texture the oats give the smoothie. tmrc_emoticons.)
