Banoffee Protein Shake

Mocha cubes

  • 4 heaped tablespoons instant coffee
  • 4 heaped tablespoons Drinking chocolate, I used Cadbury drinking chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons Boiling water

Protein shake

  • 2 Mocha cubes
  • 1 Medium ripe banana, Best frozen
  • 3 egg whites, Best frozen1
  • 1 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 200 g Milk of choice
  • 100 g water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare the cubes
  1. Add ingredients to cup and stir until dissolved. Put in ice tray and allow to freeze at least four hours.

    Freeze other ingredients if desired
  2. Shake
  3. Add ingredients to thermie bowl.

    Blend for30sec sd5 MC on

    Pour into glass or share between two. Sprinkle with some cinnamon if desired.
