1 Weetbix
300 g Frozen Blueberries
3 Frozen Bananas
500 g Milk
4 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
dark chocolate, to garnish
fresh blueberries, to garnish

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

Place rolled oats and weetbix into mixing bowl and mill 20sec / speed 10

Add all remaining ingredients and use the Blend Mode (TM6). Adjust time to 1min 30sec / Speed 8

Divide between 6 large glasses and top with fresh blueberries and shavings of dark chocolate.
