Tip

I can guarentee your kids (and adults!) will not be able to detect a hint of 'green' in this smoothie.  Plus, it tastes a lot like a certain chocolate hazelnut spread that everyone seems to like.

Adjust quantities to suit volume required, and tastes.

Substitute favourite sweetener for dates, or leave out all together.

You could also use chia seeds instead of linseeds.

Blending the ingredients first, and pouring the liquid slowly through the lid gives a better end consistency.  It will be much finer, and will stay 'together'.  Thanks Kylie, for the process!
