Coffee Frappe

  • 80 g castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules, (or 4 shots espresso, cooled)
  • 600 g ice
  • 300 g Milk
  • Whipped cream & shaved chocolate, (Optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and instant coffee granules (if using) in mixing bowl. Mill 30 seconds / speed 9
  2. Add ice, milk, and espresso (if using).
    Blend15 seconds
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl.
    Blenda further 15 seconds
  4. Serve immediately and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate (optional)
