Coffee Frappe
- 80 g castor sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules, (or 4 shots espresso, cooled)
- 600 g ice
- 300 g Milk
- Whipped cream & shaved chocolate, (Optional)

Recipe's preparation
- Place sugar and instant coffee granules (if using) in mixing bowl. Mill 30 seconds / speed 9
- Add ice, milk, and espresso (if using).
"Blend" 15 seconds
- Scrape down sides of bowl.
"Blend" a further 15 seconds
- Serve immediately and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate (optional)
