  • 2 tbsp kefir
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds.
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 Bananna's
  • 350 g cold water
  • 30 g Whey protein powder
