Dirty Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 2 cm ginger fresh, peeled
  • 30 gram Cashews, unsalted
  • 3 medjool dates pitted
  • 150 grams frozen banana, chop into pieces before freezing
  • 30 grams avocado, must be ripe
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinamon, without added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
  • 150 g Almond/rice/milk of choice
  • 150 grams ice cubes
  • 250 grams cold water
  • 1-2 Espresso Shots, to your liking
  • 10 g Cacao, powder

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Mill the ginger, dates and cashews for 8 seconds speed 9

  2. Step 2
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and blend 1 min 30 sec speed 9

  4. Serve
  5. Serve into 2 glass cups and enjoy
