- 30 grams avocado, must be ripe
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinamon, without added sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
- 150 g Almond/rice/milk of choice
- 150 grams ice cubes
- 250 grams cold water
- 1-2 Espresso Shots, to your liking
- 10 g Cacao, powder

Mill the ginger, dates and cashews for 8 seconds speed 9
Add all remaining ingredients and blend 1 min 30 sec speed 9
