Eggnog Orange Julius

Eggnog Orange Julius

  • 300ml orange juice, blood orange is yummy
  • 100g sugar, ... or honey
  • 1tspn vanilla
  • 500g ice cubes


  • 6 eggs
  • 190g sugar
  • 1/2tsp Nutmeg
  • 600g cream, thick
  • 150g brandy
  • 100g rum, white, *optional
  • 1 bottles champagne, ....sparkling wine (prosecco)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Best if ingredients are chilled before starting

    Insert Butterfly whisk.

    Add all eggs and beat until frothy. 3 minutes / whisk / speed 4

    Add sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. 40 sec / whisk / speed 1

    Add cream

    Add Rum and/or Brandy. 20 sec / whisk / speed 1

    Put into large jug and in fridge to chill

  3. Now a Orange Julius ingredients to the bowl and blend until sugar is disolved

    Mix with Eggnog mix

    Open Champagne and add to jug

    Serve with nutmeg garnish and enjoy
