    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add ice cubes and banana into mixing bowl and blend 10 seconds speed 8, or until smooth.

  2. Add Kahlua, Rum, Coconut cream and Cream to bowl and mix 15 seconds at speed 4.

  3. If desired, strain, then pour into a fancy cocktail glass. Garnish glass with banana.

Tip

If you're not a fan of banana, you can omit the banana.
These measurements make up two drinks. You can reduce or multiply the measurements according to how many people you're serving.
