- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 4 ripe nectarines, seeds removed
- 1 lemon, peel removed
- 1000 gram ice
- apple juice, to get the right consistency

Add carrots, nectarine and lemon to the bowl. Blend for 20 seconds on speed 6. Add ice and blend for 1-2minutes on speed 10 addding juice to get a slurpie consistency. Enjoy!
