  • 250g water
  • 140g raw sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 orange
  • 10 cloves, whole
  • 1 bottle 750g red wine

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sugar to TM bowl and mill for 3 sec speed 8

    Add water and red wine to the bowl

    Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl

    Place the orange halves, cloves and cinnamon stick into the steaming basket and place inside the bowl

    Cook for 90 degress, 10 minutes on speed 2

     

    Serve immediately

Tip

This is a stay at home and get comfy and feel warm all over drink

Unused portions can be kept in fridge for up to 3 months and reheated.

Use cooled left over wine and freeze into ice-cubes to make a quick and delicious sorbet

    And now I take advantage of a German keybord tmrc_emoticons.;-)

    I make "Glühwein" with Äppelwoi (hessian cider) instead of red wine, also delicious but no added water tmrc_emoticons.;-)
