  • 250 g (Almond) Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger, or 1/8 inch fresh whizzed ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, (Ceylon cinnamon is the true cinnamon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Golden paste, as per recipe link
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup, optional

Recipe's preparation

    Golden Milk

  1. First make the Golden Paste with this link:

    (Try to get a good quality organic turmeric)

     

    Then add all ingredients together, 70degrees, speed 1 for 4 minutes
