      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Healthy Cucumber Drink
  1. Break up celery into 4 pieces.

    Cucumber Cut into 4 pieces

    Apple - any kind cut in half

    Mint leaves

    Lemon juice

    ( add as much ice or water to this as you like, this will make it thicker or thinner)

    Ice cubes

    Water

    Inside Closed lid

    Then Counter-clockwise operation speed 10 for 1min or until all smooth.

    I make a very similar drink using coconut water instead of water - just delicious.  I ususally add a handful of spinach if I'm having it after exercise.  I will try this recipe next time.  Thanks.
