The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

2. - Blend 30 seconds Speed 9.

Tip
I use "Golden Circle" Guava Nectar (pictured) available in the long life (carton) juice isle of major supermarkets.
For a thinner/runnier consistancy, add more guava nectar.
Pimp your glass by running a cut lime around your glass rim then dip into salt.
Adjust alcohol to your liking, depending on your previous good (or bad) experiences with Tequila ;-p
