Healthy Green Smoothie

  • 100 gram fresh pineapple, frozen, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 1 banana, frozen, cut in half
  • 50 grams Kale, leaf only
  • 50 grams almond, raw
  • 250 grams coconut water, plus extra 100gm if required
  • 100 grams ice
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).
