Ingredients

6 portion(s)

Iced Coffee Cocktail

  • 400 grams ice cubes
  • 500 grams Milk, full cream, skim or low fat
  • 150 grams kahlua
  • 40 grams brandy
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream, made from TM31 or supermarket brand

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients, except ice-cream, into mixing bowl.

     

  2. Crush and mix 10sec/speed 9.

     

     

  3. Pour into long glasses and top each glass with a scoop of ice-cream.

     

    Enjoy!

    I served this to a massive crowd af Christmas and used the prepacked servo ice. WOOPS!! I didn't realise it was so bad for you! tmrc_emoticons.~ Oh well, we're all still alive to tell the tale but I'll definitely know for next time! This drink was incredible and most likely the sole reason for my 3kg weight gain over Christmas! At one stage we ran out of Kahlua and we used Baileys instead...it was just as nice!
