Recipe's preparation
1. Combine ingredients into TM bowl. Cook for 20 minutes 80C. Speed 1.
2.Cool. Pour into cold sterilised bottles. Seal. Keep refridgerated. Serve diluted with water.

Really nice recipe. Took a lot of fresh limes to get 250g though - about 11. Lucky I have a tree, otherwise it would be expensive to make buying fresh limes.

Absolutely delicious! I juiced the limes by cutting them into quarters and processing them on reverse speed 4 for 20 seconds, so this recipe is easy as well. Thanks!
What a treat homemade lime
What a treat homemade lime cordial is! Tangy, not too sweet, much more lime taste than commercial cordials. Lovely in an ice cold lemon lime bitters. Better the next day after the flavour further infuses. Thanks for sharing.
