collect the lemons..

..of your tree, or your friends/ neighbours/ mum's tree...

Squeeze them, and pour juice into ice cube tray or ice cube bags, freeze them! ( if using ice cube trays, empty, once frozen, and store in another container or bag in the freezer till you need them)

make the juice, nice and clear, any time!

place sugar into mixing bowl, mill 10sec/ speed 9.

add 5-6 frozen lemon cubes, crush 3-4sec/ speed8,

add 500g cold water, mix 8sec/ speed4,

add more water, still or sparkling to your taste.
