Great smoothie recipe - very adaptable and super easy.  I followed the recommendation of 1/2 leafy greens and 1/2 fruit and it was terrific. I did Kale, frozen mango, frozen banana, blueberries and about half a cup of water - delicious.

I'm glad you liked it Shayneo tmrc_emoticons.) The combinations are endless.... yes, always deseed your fruit, but I always leave edible skins on my fruit as all the nutrients are just under the skins. Just wash them first!

This was really yummy, and so quick and easy!  I'm new to this game so I removed the stones and most of the skin - is this what I'm supposed to do?
