  • 250 grams Milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Raw Cacao
  • 2-3 pitted dates, For sweetness (optional)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl.

    Add the lid and blitz Speed 7 for 30-60 seconds. 

    Pour into a Mason drinking jar and serve

Tip

Cocoa can be used in place of raw cacao if necessary 

Frozen banana can be used if desired

    Kids and hubby love this! Probably needed to mix longer though as at the end there were chunks of dates. Great quick breakfast idea!
