Red Grape Smoothie

  • 5 grams dry roasted almonds with skins on
  • 70 grams washed red grapes with seeds
  • 25 grams cumquat with skin and seeds
  • 100 grams tiny tomatoes or large ones (tiny are sweeter)
  • 90 grams lemon peeled, cut into quarters
  • 60 grams orange peach with skin, deseeded
  • 15 grams Protein Powder
  • 205 grams whole milk or skim or almond milk (1cup)
  • 40 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 60 grams banana (ie half) with skin removed
  • 1 sprig mint

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).   1. add all ingredients to Closed lid 

     

    blend 30 seconds on speed 10

     

    Serve in glasses or for a special touch serve in large wine glass with long stem over ice!
