Recipe's preparation
Put 500g washed whole rosella calyxes (fruit and seeds) into tmx bowl
Add 1000g water 100 degrees / speed 1 reverse / 10 minutes70 degrees / speed 1 reverse / 10 minutesStrain liquid into measuring jug, discard fruit Weigh liquid as you pour it back into tmx jugAdd same weight in raw sugar70 degrees / speed 1 / 5 minutes100 degrees / speed 2 / 4 minutesAdd 25g citric acid100 degrees / speed 2 /1 minute Pour into sterilized bottles.

Just made this with rosellas
Just made this with rosellas out of my garden. Yummy. Half the receipe as it made heaps
The times where confusing so I just choose one and instead of citric acid used lemon juice
