  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 banana
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 150 g Frozen Strawberries
  • .5 tsp vanilla extraxt
  • 5-10 g sugar, optional

  1. Add all ingredients to your thermomix bowl and blend 2 min Spd 10

Tip

To make this smoothie dairy free, just substitute milk for another type of milk (eg coconut, soy or almond etc.)

    Made this morning for breakfast, I didnt have milk so used water instead. I did find it to be a little chalky, not sure if this is due to the water or possbily overmixing (I've heard over mixing oats can "heat"them up). Thanks

  • My 12yr old daughter LOVED

    My 12yr old daughter LOVED this as her after school 'snack'. I felt it was lacking something - maybe I'd add sugar for my own. Daughter loves it, wants me to make it again - so thats a WIN in my house tmrc_emoticons.)
