  • 1 egg
  • 1 heaped teaspoon LSA mix
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Acidophillus Powder
  • 1 level teaspoon Vitamin C Powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Lechithin Granules
  • 1 portion Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
  • Stevia to taste

  1. Put all ingredients into Thermomix and mix for 1 minute on setting 9.
