- Caramel to taste Squirt of Caramel Syrup, I used the greens caramel syrup (like their maple syrup)

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Make the 2 capsules of coffee in your pod machine, I used nespresso pods and used the largest button, I made approx half a cup.
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl, I left the coffee till last. Combine for 10 seconds, while slowly moving the speed up to 10. Stop when all the ice is combined.
Place more icecubes into two glasses and then pour out your iced latte. Enjoy!

Tip
Only add caramel and sugar to your taste.
I have also made it using 4 teaspoons of instant coffee in a mug. Fill it up with boiling water, stir. Then use half in the recipe and store half in the fridge for next time.
