80 g Rapadura or Raw Sugar
4 Kiwi Fruit
300 g ice
80 g Mojito mix
500 g soda water
70 g cream
20 g Cream, additional

Recipe's preparation

Mojiwi Mocktail

Mill sugar for 10 seconds / speed 9

Add Kiwi and ice and crush for 20 seconds, speed 10

Add Mojito mix, soda water and cream then blend for 5 seconds / speed 5

Pour into cocktail glasses and layer additional cream on top, then garnish with sliced kiwi

Use "Zespri's" if preferred

Ensure Kiwifruit are ripe or drink can be "bitey"
