Chilli Mussels
- 1000 grams mussels, fresh, cleaned
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, peeled & halved
- 140 grams tomato paste
- 1 bottle tomato sauce, Passato Di Pomodoro
- 50 grams oil
- 2 tablespoon chillis, fresh, or ground paste
- 1 teaspoon Oregano, flakes

Recipe's preparation
Chop garlic and onion for 3 secs/speed 6
Saute with Oil on 100o for 5 mins
Add tomato paste, sauce, chilli & oregano. Cook for 15 mins 100o speed 2
Put cleaned mussels into Varoma on top of sauce and cook at Varoma for 15 mins speed 2.
Pour mussels into big bowl and top with sauce. Serve while hot and enjoy
