    Very tasty. 💛

Just made this for Good Friday dinner, and the family loves it.
The only thing I did differently was to bring diced tomato mix to the boil using Varoma temp and then reduce to 100 degs. Also, I used the steaming basket on top instead of MC to reduce liquid.

Will definitely be making on repeat!

Really enjoyed this. I'm not usually a marinara in red sauce person, but the sauce was really nice and tasty- smelt good while it was cooking too! My sauce was a little watery, but my marinara was also a little frozen still, when I added it. I also did 50ml wine, 50ml water/ seasoning, as the wine seemed too much. In retrospect, I probably could have reduced the liquid even more. I also added pre-cooked linguine to it to absorb the flavour and sauce- very nice Smile

I Added TM stock, as others suggested. Another addition was broccolini. Sauce was thick enough, and flavours were good. Super fast food. Thank you

This was very nice. I crossed this recipe with the fettichini pasta recipe in the EDC.. so cooked the pasta with the sauce and added in fresh squid rings with 3mins to go. Next time I'll add a bit more water to make the sauce 'saucer' but I will definitely make it again! the whole family liked it!

    Submitted by john49er on 6. April 2015 - 07:11.

I've cooked this dish many times now and recently served it over veggetti, cooked in the varoma, instead of spaghetti and I found the texture of the meal was really nice and of course not as fattening. I'm not a great fan of chilli so instead of the chilli I added two heaped teaspoons of CathyMs sweet chilli sauce. Delish.

    Submitted by wendyroo on 18. March 2014 - 11:11.

Very easy.I changed the recipe a little. I didn't have any wine so I used some vegatable stock powder to flavour and some sugar to take away the tangy flavour. I used a large chilli with seeds (never again) this is the first time I have used chilli with the seeds left in and was too spicy. I used raw prawns and 2 large pieces of atlantic salmon. Was a good choice but fish just shredded will probably use butterfly next time. The end result was very nice but I had to add some cream to the mixture to help tone down the hot chilli and it worked. Was very tasty. Will make again without the chilli seeds.
