Smoked Salmon Omelette . . . HOWEZAT!

  • 1 baby spinach, handful
  • 2 slices Smoked Salmon, large
  • Persian Fetta, about a tablespoon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Parsley into the TM bowl.  Speed 7 for 3 seconds.  Add eggs, speed 4 for 3 seconds.

  2. Place handful of spinach into the lower Varoma.  Line the top level of the Varoma with wet baking paper and pour the egg mixture on top of the baking paper.  Season with salt and pepper if desired.  Rinse TM bowl and cover the blades with cold water.

  3. Place TM bowl, lid and Veroma onto the machine and cook on Varoma temperature, 6 minutes, speed 1, or until wilted.

  4. Remove the wilted spinach leaves and set aside in the TM basket over the sink to drain.  Continue cooking the omelette for a further 4 minutes, Varoma, Speed 1.  The omelette should be set.

  5. Scatter the spinach, salmon, and Fetta on half of the omelet. 

  6. Gently fold the omelette in half, leaving the baking paper attached. Cook for 2 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
