Deeeeeelicious! So easy and quick to make without the mess I am used to making rissoles. My eldest daughter is usually not a rissole fan and she liked them- winning! Will make again and will try in hamburgers too. Thanks for a great recipe.

Absolutely amazing. My 8 year old is generally fussy but he requests these rissoles regularly. I asked what he'd like for dinner last night waiting for the pizza response and it was "rissoles".

Fantastic recipe. Have also made as a meatloaf, put mixture in a loaf tin, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked at 180c for an hour. YUUUMMMM

Easy tasty recipe. Blitzed fresh spelt sourdough bread for breadcrumbs. Didn't have bbq sauce so added 1 tbs concentrated stock and also added handfuls of zucchini, sweet potato & celery for added veggies. Will be a regular go-to recipe for rissoles.
