Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Best spaghetti sauce I have come across. I have made this 3 times this month already! I agree with earlier post and put the sliced mushrooms in a step later. I have also used a tin of tomatoes diced when I didn't have passatta in the pantry and it was just as tasty. Thanks so much for sharing

How yummy is this?! Loved the flavour & consistency of this sauce. Kids devoured this and had three servings! (even the pickier child who hardly eats) Admittedly, I added my sliced mushrooms with the stock paste and other sauces to keep them more in slices (like in the pic) and later after adding the mince, I also made it rev (still sp3) to try to preserve the mushroom slices as much as possible. Used chicken stock paste instead of beef as that's what I had. Will be making this again and again! Thanks for posting.
This is the closest
This is the closest bolognaise recipe I have found to my pre-thermie days! Thank you! And packed with veges means it's a great one for the kids.
