  • 1.5kg --- lamb mince, na3em
  • 6 --- onions, quartered
  • 2 bunches parsley, chopped, dried
  • 2 bunches mint, chopped, dried
  • 1 --- pomegranate molasses, 1 cup
  • 1 --- tahini, 1 cup
  • 0.5 --- white vinegar, half a cup
  • 3 level teaspoons Lebanese 7 spices
  • 3 level teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 pinches salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. chop parsley a little at a time, be sure that they are super dry, speed 7 for 2-3 secs. set aside.
    2. chop mint a little at a time, be sure that they are super dry, speed 7 for 2-3 secs. set aside.
    3. add quartered onions to the bowl, 7 seconds speed 5
    4. add oil to onion 8 minutes, varoma heat, reverse, soft speed
    5. add meat to the bowl in pieces. 10mins, varoma heat, reverse, soft speed (stop half way and mix with spatula)
    6. drain meat from fat juices whilst meat still in the bowl
    7. stir with spatula, 8mins, varoma heat, reverse soft speed
    8. drain the juices again, add spices, molasses, vinegar and tahini 3mins, varoma heat soft speed reverse
    9. remove bowl and add the parsley and mint and stir through with spatula. taste and adjust to your liking

    The normal preparation for this dish is so hectic. But now is soooo easy. One of my fav dishes
