  • 4 Sausages of your choice
  • 160 g Spiral pasta
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Red onions, Quartered
  • 400 g Crushed tomato
  • 2 zucchini cubed
  • 6 button mushrooms, Sliced

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Completely cook sausages on the BBQ or in a pan

  2. Add pasley to the mixing bowl 6sec/Speed10 then set aside

  3. Without cleaning the bowl add garlic 5sec/speed10

  4. Add Oil and Quatered Onion and saute 3min/120°/speed1

    Cut sausages into slices while waiting

  5. Add crushed tomato, zucchini, mushrooms (Here's a variation to hide the veges from the kids 3secs/speed10) otherwise leave chuncky

  6. Add sausages and cook 30mins/120°/Gentle stir setting

  7. Start cooking your spiral pasta at the 20 min mark, either in your thermoserver or stove

  8.  Serve and garnish with reserved pasley

I haven't perfected converting this dish, however, I will look into it being an all in one dish very very soon.
