This was lovely! I paired it with Mash potato and Steamed Veg and it was just awesome! I used a little less sweet chilli and spy, basd on other comments, and it was lovely! Next time I think I will try a little more sweet chilli but will stick with less soy. Thanks heaps!

    Submitted by becx_world on 13. January 2014 - 12:56.

I've made it twice now & both times it was a disaster. The marinade looked like a blackened mess & tasted awful once I'd cooked the chicken. The 2nd time I didnt' even bother putting it on the chicken it looked so bad.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm following the recipe exactly...

    Submitted by RoslynH on 29. August 2013 - 20:36.

Our whole family loved this recipe - thank you for creating it! One of my children is difficult to feed & he gobbled it down. It was quick & simple. For this quantity of sauce I used 800g chicken thigh fillets & thought this was perfect. I also used low salt soy sauce, but you could use half water as suggested in another comment.
